Obsession beats discipline - go all-in on your craft until you either die or get reborn.
Writing online every day forever is what all humans should do
Evidence
Writing builds compounding awareness on yourself, ideas, and mission - for free. It forces clarity of thought. It creates permanent record and network effects. Not doing it is leaving obvious value on the table.
Implication
If you are not writing daily (or creating in some medium daily), you are missing the easiest leverage available. The vast majority never do this, which is their loss and your opportunity.
Counter Belief
Most people's thoughts are not worth publishing. Daily creation pressure can produce low-quality content. Thinking without publishing is also valuable. Privacy has benefits.
Example Application
Person consumes content for hours daily but never creates. Flips ratio: creates for an hour daily, consumes only what is necessary. Within a year, has audience that opens doors previously closed.
