Obsession beats discipline - go all-in on your craft until you either die or get reborn.

Back to Beliefs

You must believe you are the greatest person alive

Evidence

Every person who achieved greatness believed it before they had evidence. Self-belief is precondition, not result, of achievement. Imposter syndrome is overrated; confidence correlates with outcomes. The belief creates the reality.

Implication

Stop waiting for proof that you are special. Decide you are. Relax into the knowledge. If you already know you are meant for greatness, stop questioning it and start proving it.

Counter Belief

Delusional confidence can prevent learning and course-correction. Humility allows growth. Many successful people explicitly rejected grandiosity. Arrogance alienates potential collaborators.

Example Application

Young person constantly doubts whether they are good enough for their ambitions. Decides to simply believe they are the greatest. The confidence changes how they carry themselves, which changes opportunities that appear.
