Obsession beats discipline - go all-in on your craft until you either die or get reborn.
Back to Beliefs
Self-love means working harder, not being gentler
Evidence
True care for yourself means pushing toward your potential. Comfort and ease can be forms of self-betrayal. The version of yourself worth loving is the potential version, not the comfortable one.
Implication
If you loved yourself, you would work harder. Stop using self-love as excuse for stagnation. The genuine act of self-love is demanding excellence from yourself.
Counter Belief
This can justify chronic overwork and prevent necessary rest. Self-worth based purely on achievement is fragile. Compassion for present self has value.
Example Application
Deciding to skip workout because you 'deserve rest.' Pause: the version of you worth loving is the one who follows through. Work out.
